Pineapple Fruit Cocktail Drink Recipe

A blend of pineapple, apple, and orange juice are the stars of the show with this pineapple fruit cocktail. Served with sliced pear and the optional rum which are also refreshing for the summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 pear core removed and sliced
  • 3 oz rum divided (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients (except rum if omitting,) into a mixing bowl or pitcher. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Pour over ice in tall glasses and garnish with additional pear and lemon slices.
  • Note: You can add 1 1/2 oz of rum into each glass before serving if you want to save some of the beverage as alcohol-free.
