- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 ounces packet ranch dressing mix
- 3 ounces bacon bits in the packet not the plastic jar
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- sliced green onions for garnish if desired
In a medium mixing bowl mix together sour cream, ranch dressing mix, bacon bits and shredded cheddar cheese by hand or with an electric mixer on medium speed.
Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving if desired.
