Cajun Broiled Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 whole lemon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to broil setting. I have two settings, low and high. I used high.
  • Combine shrimp, Cajun seasoning, and oil in bowl. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate up to 30 minutes.
  • Lay shrimp in a single layer on a jelly roll pan.
  • Cook on the middle rack until shrimp turn pink, about 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to serving platter and squirt lemon juice over shrimp.
