- 10.75 oz can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup Undiluted
- 1 C. Milk
- 2/3 C. Condensed Cream of Potato Soup Undiluted
- 1/2 C. Chopped Onion
- 1/4 C. Butter Melted
- 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 8 Medium Red Potatoes Peeled and Thinly Sliced
- 3 C. Cubed Fully Cooked Ham
- 1 1/2 C 6 oz Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Add the potatoes, ham and cheese; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13 in. x 9 in. baking dish.
Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until bubbly and potatoes are tender. Let stand for 10 minutes before servings so the sauce can thicken.
