Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 c. Buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 c. Rhubarb diced
  • 1/2 c. White Chocolate Chips

Topping

  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Butter melted
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Mix all bread ingredients together.
  • Generously grease a bread pan. Pour batter into pan.
  • In a small bowl combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over batter.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 55-65 minutes or until it test done.Mix all bread ingredients together.
  • Allow to cool completely before removing from pan.
