- 3/4 c. Brown Sugar
- 1/3 c. Vegetable Oil
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 c. Buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Rhubarb diced
- 1/2 c. White Chocolate Chips
Topping
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Butter melted
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Mix all bread ingredients together.
Generously grease a bread pan. Pour batter into pan.
In a small bowl combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake at 325 degrees for 55-65 minutes or until it test done.Mix all bread ingredients together.
Allow to cool completely before removing from pan.
