Ingredients

  • 2 c. quick oats
  • 1/2 c. white chocolate chips chopped
  • 2/3 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. macadamia nuts chopped
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Roll into 30 balls.
  • Refrigerate for up to one week or freeze.
