Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 packages cream cheese softened, (8 oz each)
  • 2 cans Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (10 oz each)

Instructions

Crock Pot Directions

  • In a large skillet brown sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain off excess grease.
  • In a crock pot combine cooked sausage, sour cream, cream cheese and Rotel. Stir to combine.
  • Heat on low for 2-3 hours, stirring several times until cream cheese is melted.

Stove Top Directions

  • In a large skillet brown sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain off excess grease.
  • Add in sour cream, cream cheese and rotel. Heat over low heat until cream cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  • Remove from heat, let sit 5 minutes until thickened.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
