Chicken Bacon Ranch Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 93/7 Gold'n Plump lean ground chicken
  • 1/2 c. panko bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp dried onion
  • 1 1 oz pkg ranch dressing mix
  • 1 3 oz Real Bacon Bits, reserve 1/4 c. for topping
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c shredded Colby cheese
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large bowl mix together chicken, bread crumbs, dried onion, ranch dressing mix, bacon bits and egg. Spread in greased loaf pan.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and reserved bacon bits. Bake for 50 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle with ranch dressing.
