- 1 lb 93/7 Gold'n Plump lean ground chicken
- 1/2 c. panko bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp dried onion
- 1 1 oz pkg ranch dressing mix
- 1 3 oz Real Bacon Bits, reserve 1/4 c. for topping
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1/2 c shredded Colby cheese
- 2 Tbsp ranch dressing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl mix together chicken, bread crumbs, dried onion, ranch dressing mix, bacon bits and egg. Spread in greased loaf pan.
Sprinkle with cheese and reserved bacon bits. Bake for 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and drizzle with ranch dressing.
