Auntie’s Barbecues

Ingredients

  • 3 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 10 3/4 oz can tomato soup
  • 1 10 3/4 oz can chicken gumbo soup
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  • In a large frying pan brown hamburger with onion, salt and pepper. Drain grease off.
  • And the rest of the ingredients to the browned hamburger, mix well and heat over medium heat until heated through.

You can either serve immediately or refrigerate and reheat. I feel the flavors are better a day later!
