Easy Strawberry Napoleon ~ Layers of puff pastry with French Vanilla Pudding and Strawberries!

  • 17 oz frozen puff pastry
  • 3.4 oz pkg. instant french vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 c. stemmed and sliced strawberries
  • 1 tbsp small cube chocolate CandiQuik
  • 1 tbsp small cube white CandiQuik


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Thaw folded pastry sheets for 20 minutes. Open sheets and cut along folds to make 6 equal strips and then cut each of those strips into halves to make six rectangles. Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool on a baking rack.
  • Whisk pudding mix, milk and extract in a mixing bowl for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate.
  • Take one rectangle of pastry and place a spoonful of whipped topping on it. Then add sliced strawberries. Repeat. Top with one pastry rectangle.
  • Melt chocolate chips according to package directions. Drizzle over top of the pastries. Melt white chocolate chips according to package directions and drizzle over top of pastries.
