Ingredients

  • 1 Italian bread loaf
  • 1/3 lb pepperoni chopped
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 c. stick butter melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp Parmesan
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  • Take a few pieces of foil about the side of the bread loaf and create a boat to place the loaf into it. This will keep the loaf from breaking apart and all the pieces in place.
  • Place the bread loaf on foil.
  • With a bread knife slice the bread loaf into cubes, not going all the way through. Stuff cheese and pepperoni slices in the creases.
  • In a small bowl combine melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Italian Seasoning and Parmesan. Pour over bread, pulling bread apart as you pour to get it down into the slices.
  • Bake at 365 for 15 minutes. Serve when hot with marinara sauce.
