- 1 1/4 c. salsa
- 16 oz refried beans canned
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 3 Tbsp taco seasoning or 1 oz packet
- 2 c. guacamole
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz sliced black olives canned, drained
- 4 green onions diced
Place salsa into a fine mesh strainer and drain any liquid. This will keep your dip from getting watery. Spread refried beans on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
In a small bowl combine sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread over refried beans.
Spoon guacamole over sour cream and gently spread it out so it covers the sour cream mixture.
Spoon salsa on top of guacamole and spread out evenly.
Top with cheese, olives and green onions
Chill 1 hour or more before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies.
