Mini Meatloaf Recipe
Perfect mini meat loaves loaded with cheddar cheese and topped with a ketchup sauce!

- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a bowl, beat egg and milk. Stir in cheese, oats, onion and salt. Add beef and mix well.
Shape into eight loaves; place in greased 9x13" in baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard and spoon over loaves.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
