½ cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips 48 milk chocolate kisses 48 Nutter Butter Bites
Line two baking sheets with parchment or waxed paper, set aside.
Remove 48 chocolate chips from the ½ c of chocolate chips.
Place the remaining chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, remove and stir until smooth.
Spread the flat side of each kiss with a small amount of chocolate and attach to a cookie or dip it.
Dip the bottom of a reserved chocolate chip in melted chocolate and place on the opposite side of the cookie as a stem.
Place on waxed or parchment lined baking sheets and let sit until set. Store in an airtight container.
