Can I Use Something Other Than Brown Sugar For The Glaze?
Yes! Honey or maple syrup work as a great alternative to a brown sugar glaze.
Can I Use Regular Ham Instead Of Ham Steaks?
Absolutely! If you can’t find ham steaks or prefer regular ham, just slice a ham into really thick slices and follow the recipe. Note that the bake time may be different, so watch closely as it cooks!
