- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 c. butter softened
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 oz package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 c. chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine flour and baking soda. In a large bowl beat brown sugar, sugar, butter, shortening, pudding mix, vanilla and almond extract. Mix until well blended.
Add eggs and mix well. Beat in the flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes on pan and then remove to cooling rack.
