Lemon Asparagus

Fresh Asparagus Roasted in the Oven  with a Lemon Drizzle and Parmesan!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Place asparagus in 15x10 in pan lined a silplat liner or greased.
  • Mix remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese in a small mixing bowl. Drizzle over asparagus. Toss to coat.
  • Roast 8-12 or until crisp tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
