Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb. box of cherry tomatoes havled (24 ozs.)
  • 1 cup of thinly sliced red onions
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons of white balsamic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/3 cup of chiffon basil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, add cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic, white balsamic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine and coat every thing.
  • Spray a baking sheet with PAM. Spread tomato onion mixture on baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and put in a bowl, top with basil. Lightly toss basil to combine.
  • Serve
