- 1.5 lb. box of cherry tomatoes havled (24 ozs.)
- 1 cup of thinly sliced red onions
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons of white balsamic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt & pepper
- 1/3 cup of chiffon basil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, add cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic, white balsamic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine and coat every thing.
Spray a baking sheet with PAM. Spread tomato onion mixture on baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and put in a bowl, top with basil. Lightly toss basil to combine.
