- 1/2 c. Hidden Valley Bacon Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 c. BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 1 /2 tsp Sriracha Sauce
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 8 strips
- 8 bacon strips
In a mixing bowl combine bacon ranch dressing, bbq sauce, chili powder and Sriracha sauce. Stir until combined.
In a gallon size resealable bag place chicken strips and pour sauce over the chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate at least two hours.
Take chicken strips out of bag. Place bacon strip on top of each strip of chicken. Thread metal or soaked wooden skewer through each chicken/bacon strip.
Grill skewers, covered over medium heat for 10-14 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and cooked through. Turn chicken occasionally while grilling.
