Sriracha Chicken Bacon Ranch Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Hidden Valley Bacon Ranch Dressing
  • 1/4 c. BBQ sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 1 /2 tsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 8 strips
  • 8 bacon strips

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl combine bacon ranch dressing, bbq sauce, chili powder and Sriracha sauce. Stir until combined.
  • In a gallon size resealable bag place chicken strips and pour sauce over the chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate at least two hours.
  • Take chicken strips out of bag. Place bacon strip on top of each strip of chicken. Thread metal or soaked wooden skewer through each chicken/bacon strip.
  • Grill skewers, covered over medium heat for 10-14 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and cooked through. Turn chicken occasionally while grilling.
