Andes Mint Cookies

Ingredients

  • 15.25 oz Devil’s Food Cake Mix
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 4.67 oz package Andes Mints

Instructions

  • Mix cake, oil and eggs together. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes.
  • Take out of oven and place a mint on top of each cookie. Let it melt for about 5 minutes. Spread mint like frosting with a back of a spoon.
