  • 1 c. Horizon Organic Butter softened
  • 1 c. Organic Light Brown Sugar packed
  • 1/2 c. Organic Sugar
  • 2 Horizon Organic Eggs
  • 1 tsp Organic Vanilla
  • 1 3/4 c. Organic Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Organic Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 c. Organic Quick Oats
  • 1 c. Organic Chocolate Chips


  • In a large mixing bowl beat Horizon Organic Butter, brown sugar and white sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. 
  • Add in Horizon Organic Eggs and vanilla, beat until incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to wet mixture and mix until just combined, do not over mix. Stir in oats and chocolate chips until just combined. Refrigerate dough for 1-2 hours.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes, until the outside of the cookie is just beginning to brown. Remove from oven, cool fro 2 minutes on sheet pan and remove to wire rack to finish cooling.
