Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 burrito size/large tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken or cubed, cooked chicken breast
  • 8 strips bacon cooked crispy and crumbled
  • 2-3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup diced roma tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Assemble wraps by dividing the ingredients evenly between the 4 tortillas.
  • Layer the chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese on the tortilla, then top it with ranch.
  • Roll each one like a burrito, slice in half and serve.

Notes

If you prefer a warm wrap, feel free to heat these up in a skillet or grill pan over medium high heat. Brush or spray the skillet or pan with olive oil and then cook on each side for a few minutes until warmed through and golden brown.
Since these wraps have ranch dressing and tomatoes in them, I personally don't recommend storing fully made wraps. Instead, store the fillings in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Store the tortillas and the ranch dressing separately.
