- 12 ounces Parmesan garlic sauce (1 jar)
- 2-3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces cream cheese cubed
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 16 ounces dry Rotini pasta
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
Pour the entire bottle of parmesan garlic sauce over the chicken.
Add the cubed cream cheese and parmesan cheese in an even layer on top of the chicken and sauce.
Cover with the lid and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
Shred the chicken and stir it to mix into the sauce.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
RIDGE: To store leftover garlic parmesan chicken pasta, keep it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
FREEZER: You can freeze this dish, just know that the sauce may separate a little bit and you will have to give it a good stir. Thaw overnight in the fridge prior to heating.
Reheating leftovers is so easy on the stovetop covered with a lid or in the microwave. This will be saucy enough that the chicken and pasta do not dry out.
