Ingredients

  • 12 ounces Parmesan garlic sauce (1 jar)
  • 2-3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese cubed
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 16 ounces dry Rotini pasta

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Pour the entire bottle of parmesan garlic sauce over the chicken.
  • Add the cubed cream cheese and parmesan cheese in an even layer on top of the chicken and sauce.
  • Cover with the lid and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours.
  • Shred the chicken and stir it to mix into the sauce.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot. Stir to combine.

Notes

RIDGE: To store leftover garlic parmesan chicken pasta, keep it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
FREEZER: You can freeze this dish, just know that the sauce may separate a little bit and you will have to give it a good stir. Thaw overnight in the fridge prior to heating.
Reheating leftovers is so easy on the stovetop covered with a lid or in the microwave. This will be saucy enough that the chicken and pasta do not dry out.
