Fantasy Fudge

Melt in your mouth chocolate fudge loaded with chopped walnuts for the perfect holiday treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup butter
  • cup evaporated milk
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet morsels (1 package)
  • 7 ounce jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Line a 9”x9” pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a medium heavy-bottomed saucepan add sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Heat over medium-low until boiling.
  • Continue boiling the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and add chocolate morsels and marshmallow cream. Stir until completely combined. Next, fold in walnuts, and vanilla.
  • Pour into prepared pan. Allow to cool for at least 1 hour or until set. Cut into squares and serve or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
