Ingredients

  • 6 c. rhubarb cut into pieces
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 15.25 oz yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 c. butter melted

Instructions

  • Mix eggs, sugar, flour, milk and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Stir in rhubarb.
  • Spread over bottom of a greased 9×13 pan. Evenly sprinkle dry cake mix over rhubarb mixture. Pour melted butter over top of entire mixture.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour.
