- 2 c. French’s Cheddar French Fried Onions crushed
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded flat
- 1 egg beaten
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together flour and French's Cheddar French Fried Onions.
Place beaten egg in bowl.
Dip chicken breasts in egg then coat with French Fried Onions on both side. Place in glass baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
