4cans white flaked tuna in water5 ounces each, drained
1cupmayonnaise
2Tablespoonspickle relish
1stalk celeryfinely diced
2Tablespoonsminced red onion
1teaspoonDijon mustard
2teaspoonlemon juice
¼teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonpepper
1teaspoongarlic powder
bread, lettuces, avocados etc. for serving
Instructions
Drain the water from tuna.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix until combined.
Use to top a lettuce salad, in sandwiches, wraps or to add to pasta salads.

Notes
Place leftover salad into an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. It is not recommend freezing this tuna salad since mayonnaise based salads don't tend to thaw well after being frozen.
