How to Chop Cabbage
- Dealing with a whole head of cabbage can be a little awkward to handle so the first thing you want to do is slice it in half.
- Place one half, sliced-side-down on your cutting board. Slice it into half-moon slices and then lay those flat and cut them into smaller pieces. You will only need half of the head for this recipe, but you can repeat this with the other half and save it for another use or double the recipe.
