Ingredients

  • 1 can original Rotel 10 ounces, drained
  • 2 cans corn and diced peppers 15 ounces each, drained
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese shredded
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and chill.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
