Crock Pot Corn on the Cob

- 8 ears corn husked
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste about 1 teaspoon of each
- ½ cup water
Pour the water into the crock pot. Tear off 8 square pieces of aluminum foil.
Place an ear of corn on a piece of foil. Place about ½ Tablespoon of butter on corn cob. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
Once seasoned to your liking, finish wrapping corn in foil and place it in the crock pot. Continue the same steps with the rest of your corn.
Cook on LOW for 4 - 5 hours or on HIGH for 2- 2.5 hours.
Store leftovers in an airtight container and it will keep in the refrigerator for up to five days.
You can also freeze leftover corn on the cob! Allow it to cool completely and then pat dry. Wrap each corn cob in plastic wrap or fresh aluminum foil and then place them in a freezer bag. Freeze for 4-6 months.
