Patriotic Chocolate Bark

- 20 ounces white chocolate chips or white candy melts
- 3 Tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup red and blue chocolate candies such as M&M’s
- 2 Tablespoons patriotic sprinkles
Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt white chocolate in microwave safe bowl, heating in 30 second intervals until chips start to melt. Stir and continue heating in 15 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and creamy.
Pour white chocolate onto parchment lined pan and spread into even layer, about ¼-⅓ inch thick.
In a different microwave safe small bowl heat chocolate chips in 10-15 second intervals until melted. Stir in between.
Drizzle chocolate over white chocolate. Add M&Ms and sprinkles on top.
Freeze at least 20 minutes. Break into pieces after hardened.
FRIDGE: Place leftovers in an airtight container or Ziploc bag and store in the fridge for up to a week.
FREEZER: Store leftovers in a bag or airtight container and keep in the freezer for up to 2 months. Let the bark thaw to a softer consistency before eating.
