Pulled Pork Quesadilla Recipe

Crunchy Quesadillas stuffed with leftover pulled pork, cheese and BBQ sauce for an easy lunch or dinner recipe!

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 3 cups pulled pork
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • ½ cup BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  • Add oil to the bottom of the skillet and heat over medium heat. Place one tortilla on the pan. Top with pulled pork, cheese and BBQ sauce. Top with another tortilla.
  • Cook until bottom tortilla is browned, flip over and cook until other side is crispy and browned; about 2 minutes per side.
  • Slice each quesadilla and serve.
