- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1/4 small onion chopped fine
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 1 to mato sliced
- 1 – 2 boiled eggs sliced
- Romaine few leaves
Combine tuna, garlic, onion and mayo. Lightly salt and pepper and mix.
Add Romaine to bread, tuna mixture, avocado slices, tomato slices and egg.
