How do I store leftovers?
You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for two to three days. They will lose their crispiness, but still taste delicious! Properly stored in a freezer-safe container, you can also freeze roasted potatoes for up to two to three months. Just make sure they are completely cooled before you wrap and store them in the freezer.
How do I reheat leftovers?
The fastest way to reheat roasted potatoes is in the microwave, but they won't turn crispy. So, if want the leftovers to be crispy you should reheat them in the oven or use your air fryer again. Just spread them out on a baking sheet and roast them again at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 minutes or until they are crispy or put them in the air fryer basket at 400 degrees Fahrenheit and heat them for 4-5 minutes.
