Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small microwave bowl, break up 1 ½ chocolate bars and heat for 30 seconds on high, stir. If they are not melted, heat for an additional 15 seconds and stir again.
Add cream cheese and fudge and mix well until incorporated..
Add 8 marshmallows and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix well and microwave again in 15 second increments until smooth.
Crush 3 graham crackers and spread them evenly on the bottom of a 6” cast iron skillet.
Pour the chocolate mixture on top of the graham crackers.
Cut the rest of the marshmallows in half and place them around the edge of the cast iron.
Bake for 5 minutes or until the marshmallows start to brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool or serve warm.
Crush the last graham cracker and remaining chocolate bar and sprinkle on top.
