Light, summer dessert that starts with a shortbread crust and is topped with layers of cream cheese, lemon pudding and whipped topping.

Add crust ingredients to a bowl and combine and press into a prepared baking dish. Place in preheated oven and bake. Set aside.

Combine cream cheese mixture ingredients and spread over cooled crust. Place in refrigerator to chill.

Combine pudding mix and milk. Spread over cream cheese layer. Place in refrigerator to chill.

Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding layer. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
