Moist, easy muffins loaded with shredded zucchini that freeze great!

Combine all of the dry ingredients first. Sprinkle the raisins with some of the flour mixture and toss.
Whisk together the eggs and oil. Add the mixture to the dry ingredients.
Add the shredded zucchini and raisins to the batter, then mix.
Divide the batter among the muffin cups. Bake and let cool.
