Single Margarita
- 1 1/2 oz tequila
- 1 1/2 oz sweet and sour
- 3/4 oz triple sec
- 1/8 tsp coarse salt for rimming glasses
- Lime Wedges
Pitcher of Margaritas (6 margaritas)
- 1 1/4 c. tequila
- 1 1/2 c. sweet and sour mix
- 1/2 c. triple sec
- 1/4 c. coarse salt for rimming glasses
- Lime Wedges
Sweet and Sour Mix
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. fresh lime juice about 7 small limes
- 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice about 2 medium lemons
Pitcher of Margaritas (6 margaritas)
To make a pitcher combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and serve over ice.
Single Margarita
To make a single cocktail, combine the ingredients in a drink shaker filled with ice, or a jar or glass if you don’t have one. Shake or stir, to mix ingredients together.
Rub a lime wedge over the rim of the glass and dip into coarse salt. Add ice into the glass.
Pour margarita into a glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge on the edge.
Serve immediately.

Can I make them ahead of time?
Yes! You can make these ahead of time, which makes it so easy for entertaining. All you need to do is mix all of the ingredients together and keep it in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
How long do they last in the fridge?
They will keep for 7 to 10 days in the refrigerator. Just be sure to store them in a sealed container.
Can I make it without a shaker?
If you don't have a cocktail shaker, you can also use a jar with a lid to shake the ingredients. Or just combine the ingredients in the serving glass and stir them together.
