I have more of a question than a comment for now. I will be making this tomorrow though so I’ll be back. Can I bake a sweet potato and replace the pumpkin with it in any recipe? Are they interchangeable? I bought “tater butter” at a festival once and it was so good. I dont LOVE pumpkin like I do sweet potatoes. Thanks in advance.

I believe you can. I have never tested using a sweet potato but have heard it is a 1-1 to ratio when substituting! Please let me know how it turns out!
