Crock Pot Hickory Smoked Baked Beans ~ Smokey Baked Beans Loaded with Bacon and Hamburger then Slow Cooked!

Crock Pot Hickory Smoked Baked Beans ~ Smokey Baked Beans Loaded with Bacon and Hamburger then Slow Cooked!

So lately I’ve been thinking that a house cleaner would be super nice to have. In fact I’ve been thinking this for a while and it’s just justifying the money it costs that is holding me back, but lately I can even justify that. It’s ridiculous. I can not keep up. So I finally decided that I was going to hire one.

I started calling local house cleaners. You know what I found out? Everyone else must have already hired them because I can not for the life of me find one. Every one is booked. So after my third call and no lucky I gave up. I thought maybe I wasn’t meant to have one. Maybe it’s a sign that I should just suck it up and clean my own house and not hate it and detest it and get frustrated because my house does not miraculously clean itself.

Julie: This recipe sounds and looks delish; can’t wait to make it. Nice to have “cross over” recipes that work as either a side dish or main dish. I will probably add some diced onion and garlic, and perhaps also diced bell pepper or celery.

And oh, believe me … if I posted a photo of the clutter on the table in my home office now, you would not, would not feel bad about the clutter in your home! Just tackle one area at a time, when you have time, and don’t stress; I learned that a long time ago. And yes, I clean my own house.

Those sound like great additions Mary! Thanks for making me feel better :)

These beans look great!! Making them for Father’s Day!!!!

I feel your frustration about housekeepers. I’ve had several over the years and would love to get someone again, just can’t find anyone!!

I’ll cross my fingers you find one if you cross yours for me!

Now I’m wondering if I have clutter in my backgrounds? I mean I KNOW I do, I just don’t if you can see it all? Too funny! These are the perfect BBQ bean!!

Tanya I have never noticed any clutter :)

I love baked beans and your version is calling my name!

I am amazed at how you made ordinary ingredients look so terrific!

When I photograph what I’ve made, I have to choose the angle carefully so that folks aren’t shocked by the clutter that exists. Having a housekeeper once upon a time has spoiled me. I’m terrible at it!

Yay another fellow clutter lover :) Well maybe not lover but realist!
