White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Energy Balls ~ Delicious Recipe for Energy Bites Loaded with White Chocolate Chips, Macadamia Nuts, Coconut, Oats, Flaxseed and Chia Seeds!
Sometimes I get addicted to things that I make. I can’t keep my hands off them and you literally have to hide them or every time I get bored or walk by I’ll be grabbing a bit of those treats. For example this Snack Mix holds that power over me. I think I gained 5 lbs from that over Christmas alone. White Chocolate Puff Corn also holds this over me. It’s the perfect sweet & salty mixture that has me coming back for just one more handful, or two, or three!
Do you have issues with this too? Treats that you just can’t say no to?! My willpower ends up completely down the drain sometimes. I wish I had more of it!
It’s not always food that I’m addicted too. My current addiction is the Netflix Show “Making of a Murderer” thanks to Amanda! She mentioned it on Facebook the other day and how she was so addicted to it. I had heard it mentioned before, but for some reason I decided now was the time I was going to tackle the project of watching the series. I bet you know where you could find me the last several nights! In fact it’s so bad that I try to stuff the kids in bed as soon as possible and ignore everything else in the house just so I can get another episode watched.
Therefore you aren’t allowed to stop by my house right now because it’s a disaster! I love real life mysteries so much. I always tape 48 hours, Dateline etc. Funny thing is when I sit down and read a book I hate reading mysteries. I’m all about the romances! Maybe it if was a mystery with romance… that might be my thing there! Got any recommendations?
So I’m addicted to snacks and murder mysteries we have settled that so far today.
You know what else I’m totally addicted too? These delicious White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Energy Balls! The best part is that unlike all those snack mixes I don’t have to feel bad about eating them. They are loaded with flaxseed, oats, chia seed and more!
Make a batch of these up on Sunday and you’ll have a healthy treat that will last you all week!

Great recipes! I cannot wait to try them all! I have an allergy to honey and was wondering if there was another healthy ingredient I could add to your recipes that call for honey?
Julie Evink says
Hey De! Have you tried Agave Nectar? I think it would work as a substitution with these Energy Balls.
