Biscoff Fudge ~ Only TWO Ingredients! It doesn’t get much easier or quicker than this!
Once upon a time, Julie of Julie’s Eats & Treats was deathly afraid of fudge. Then she was tried this amazingly easy Biscoff Fudge that was only two ingredients and literally took 5 minutes to make. Her fear subsided and her hips grew larger. Definitely not a win-win situation but now I’m not scared of fudge!
Have you tried Biscoff? If you haven’t you need too. It’s not a oh I should, it’s not a I can live without it, it’s definitely a NEED to go store the store STAT and buy me some of that deliciousness. I’m telling you this because I need someone to commiserate with me in their fat pants due to Biscoff.
I’m sort of evil like that. Just ask my co-workers! I bring them treats all the time. Some of them follow me on Instagram and Facebook and when they come to work they are always sneaking into the kitchen to see what goodies I made over the weekend. When I brought this fudge in the note may have read, “Biscoff Fudge in the fridge. Help yourself. Better on your hips than mine!” Yes I am that co-worker. Many of them hadn’t ever heard of Biscoff and boy were they delighted when they tried a piece of this fudge.
This is the perfect treat for Christmas because everyone will be super impressed because you made fudge and everyone, including me, thinks fudge is hard to make right? Or maybe it’s just me? Anyways one bit of this yummy treat and they will be singing you praises which is what you want! Or maybe I’m just self-centered and you don’t like attention. Whichever it is you will have a ton of new friends when you treat them to this Biscoff Fudge!

Just curious…does this firm up and stay firm? Neither of these ingredients is solid at room temperature.
Julie Evink says
Yes it’s the same texture and firmness as regular fudge.

I have made this fudge twice with crunchy biscoff the second time and it was not nearly as sweet the second time but still very sweet–which is not a bad thing–but I would like to tone it a little–what other flavor of frosting mix can I use?
I made this for a group of hockey off ice officials and it was a big hit both times.

I made the fudge yesterday. It looks exactly like fudge. Unfortunately it only tastes a bit like fudge; and it doesn’t taste nice. I would not recommend this recipe.
Beth says
Ok what is Biscoff? Where do I find it?
Julie Evink says
It’s a cookie butter and it would be found by the peanut butter usually!
Beth says
Excellent, thank you!
Julie Evink says
Thanks Beth!
Doris says
Well my question was answered I let you know how it turns out Thanks
Julie says
This fudge looks great but I am not familiar with Biscoff! Where is it found? Does it come in a jar?
Julie Evink says
It’s made out of a Biscoff Cookie. You’ll find it by the Peanut Butter!
Nicki says
Sorry but I did not think this was worth the money. Takes 2 jars of Biscoff and in my area that was $4.50 each plus $1.75 for the frosting – and my family did not like it, so I wasted $10.75!
Diane says
Love to try the puff corn recipes, but nit sure what IS Puffed Corn. Is it a cereal or found in the snack isle of a grocery store?
Julie Evink says
Yup by the prepackaged popcorn!
Diane says
Thanks, can’t wait to start making some batches.
Crystelle says

Biscoff fudge is the best thing ever invented!! The last time I made it thought it a few more ingredients. I’m trying this simplified version!
Deb@CookingOnTheFrontBurner says

Julie Evink says
Thanks Kim!

I’m a HUGE fan of Biscoff, but the directions for your Biscoff fudge mention mixing vanilla and frosting and then microwaving vanilla and Biscoff. Then you mention peanut butter.
While I can imagine you copied this from a peanut butter fudge recipe, I think newbies might find this confusing.
Ok, now I’m off to the kitchen to make my own fudge!
Thanks!

Thanks for telling me!
