Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza ~ Delicious Homemade Pizza Piled with a Creamy Ranch Sauce, Chicken, Bacon and Cheese! Perfect for Pizza Nights at Home!
After being married for a while there’s just somethings you know about your spouse. Things like he probably won’t take out the garbage unless you nag him. He likes clean and shiny trucks or really any clean and shiny vehicle. If he had the time he’d clean it weekly. A freshly fertilized and trimmed yard will make him smile. Anything with an engine and power gets him drooling.
Speaking of drooling he goes crazy for Hamburger Stroganoff, Strawberry Vanilla Poke Cake, and pretty much anything with the combo Chicken Bacon Ranch. He’s been begging me for years to come up with a homemade Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza and I’ve finally made his dreams come true! I’m that kind of wife. A wife that makes dreams come true, well at least when it comes to dreams that include food!
Speaking of dreams coming true, the hubs made a dream of mine come true the other day. It was Mother’s Day! That’s a good day for your dreams to come true isn’t it?
You see I’ve always dreamed that my husband would surprise me with jewelry and it’s never happened. I remember my sister-in-law being surprised on her ten year anniversary with a diamond ring set and I looked at my brother and her and thought, “Ya, never happening in my life.” My hubs isn’t real in tune with the whole diamonds are a girls best friend thing.
He’s rather give me a power tool. What can I say? He’s that guy.
But “that guy” apparently has a side I’ve never seen! Miss K was bound determined I was getting breakfast in bed on Mother’s Day, so when they came into the bedroom with breakfast I spied a little box in my hub’s hand. I tried not to freak out and keep my cool because it sure looked like a ring box. I almost snatched it out of his hand but I took a deep breath and waited patiently for him to hand that sucker over.
When he finally handed it over I tore into it and it was a ring! It was a Mother’s ring with my kid’s birthstones in it. I put it on and it hasn’t come off since. He did good!
The way to my heart is sparkly things and the way to his heart is apparently food! I’m good with that!
He deserved a Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza after that!
