Pork Chop Dinner Ideas
As a busy mom who loves to get dinner on the table as quickly as possible with the least amount of dishes I adore meals that are all done in one pot or pan. These Parmesan pork chops are just that! You make your side dishes right on the sheet pan with your pork chops.
The pork chops come out amazingly tender, juicy and flavorful. I personally used bone-in pork chops for this recipe but you can always your boneless. Usually boneless are a bit thicker of a cut so just watch your cooking time on those. Some say that bone-in are a little juicier.
One thing is sure. Don’t overcook your pork chops! This results in a dry, chewy pork chop and no one wants that! The internal temperature of pork chops should be 145 degrees F. Buy a meat thermometer and make sure you don’t overcook them.
Trust me. A meat thermometer is worth the money!

I felt that the seasonings were a bit boring. So I added a Greek flare to it. I did use the thyme , but I added oregano , basil and some cavenders Greek seasoning to it. I also added lemon juice. I tossed all including pork chops in a freezer bag. I seared my very thick chops in the skillet and pre cooked my potatoes a tiny bit before tossing them in the bag. No need for the broiler this way. I’ve been cooking since I was 8 . Then I took lessons from my beloved father in law who was from Greece and was a professional chef. It turned out great! I’m a working mom, grandmother and wife as well. My kids loved it.

I made it tonight but used carrots and Brussels sprouts instead of the green beans. I also added rosemary to the olive oil sauce. Everything tasted great and my husband loved it also and gave it 2 thumbs up. It’s easy, quick and delicious. Thanks!!

I really do wish that you guys who so wonderfully share your recipes with us would stop sharing things that heat up the kitchen in summer! Save all those sheet pans and casseroles for Fall, Winter and early Spring! Thanks for giving this consideration for future posts.

Potatoes didn’t cook at all :/
Courtney says
Did you make sure they were cut into 1″ pieces? I’ve never had the problem of them not cooking!
Ezra Walker says
All the veggies are undercooked by a lot and the pork chops look like milk toast.

Jacquie says
This was so good! I had bone in pork chops that were slightly frozen. I cooked the potatoes for 20 minutes then added the green beans and put the pork chops on a separate sheet on the top rack. Cooked 30 minutes and everything was perfect!
Julie Evink says
Great to hear Jacquie! Thanks for commenting and rating the recipe!
Steve says
Should I change the temperature or cooking time if the pork loin chops are boneless
Julie Evink says
No just make sure the internal temperature is 145 degrees F. It usually takes a bit longer for boneless pork chops.
Kim H. says
Thinking of making this tonight, but don’t have green beans, will asparagus do ok instead since the cooking time is more than I usually do for roasted asparagus, I wasn’t sure.
Julie Evink says
You can always add the vegetable after the rest of the sheet pan meal has cooked for a while!

My husband had a major heart attack the day after I had my knee replacement surgery and since then we are trying to make heart healthy meals. We hauled some pork chops out of the deep freezer yesterday and then found your recipe. We didn’t have Parmesan on hand (and wouldn’t have added it anyway because we are going for low sodium now) and we added cauliflower because we had it on hand. We all loved the dish and next time we will tweak it a little but over all it was a great recipe. Thank you!
Julie Evink says
I’m so sorry to hear that Margaret! I’m glad this is a recipe you could alter to your needs and you enjoyed it!

Do the beans still stay crispy or would they be better added after the first 10 min? Looking forward to trying this! Thanks!
Julie says
The green beans stay pretty crispy!
