Ranch Pretzels are a quick and easy snack recipe perfect for when you are going to a party or hosting guests. Once you start munching on these pretzels seasoned with ranch, dill and garlic and baked you won’t be able to stop! Totally addictive and they always get raving reviews at parties. You might as well take the recipe along to pass out!
I love appetizers and snacks when hosting guests that are easy to put out and leave out. That way everyone can munch at their own convenience and when kids get hungry they are able to serve themselves! A few of my favorite snacks to go along with these easy Ranch Pretzels is this Easy Fruit Dip or Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip. I also love to treat the kiddos to their own drinks like this Shirley Temple!
Simple Snack Recipes
If you need a simple snack recipe to share with your friends and family at your next get-together, I’ve got you covered with these Ranch Pretzels. They are so yummy they will be snatched up quick, so you might want to make a double batch!
I love simple snack recipes like these Ranch Pretzels! They’re flavored with ranch seasoning, garlic, powder and dill and couldn’t be easier to make. This recipe makes a big batch that’s great for parties. Just pile them into bowls and watch them disappear!
I pretty much make them on repeat all year long for game-days and holidays. I also love to make them in the summer when we seem to have all kinds of summer parties and get-togethers pop up out of nowhere. They’re really easy to make and serve and everyone always loves them.
Addictive Ranch Pretzels!
Can I be honest? Sometimes my favorite thing about parties and get-togethers is the food! Well, that and dressing little Miss K. up in her Viking gear for game-day parties. Please tell me I’m not alone with this! I mean, of course, I love getting together with friends and family but it’s really important to me that the food be delicious and these savory and addictive Ranch Pretzels are one of my favorite snack recipes to make.
These pretzels always disappear fast because who doesn’t love ranch-flavored snacks? My family loves ranch-flavored anything and these pretzel snacks are one of our favorite party munchies. They’re so easy to whip up and I love that you don’t need a lot of ingredients to make them.
My lovely sis-in-law shared this Ranch Pretzels recipe with me. She brings them to gatherings and they are the kind of snack you keep going back for even though you know you need to stop eating them. Not great for the waistline, but, hey, I’m not going to judge because, let’s be real, I don’t have a lot of self-control and this savory snack lets me know that. Once you make these you’ll see – people will want you to bring them to all the parties!
It’s also a great snack or appetizer to make-ahead, which is such a life-saver when it’s busy. You can make a big batch ahead of time and store the pretzels in an air-tight container until you’re ready to serve them. Makes things so easy for entertaining!
Ranch Pretzels Ingredients
Have I mentioned how easy these are to make? You only need six ingredients and ten minutes to prep them. Here’s what you need:
- Popcorn oil
- Dill weed
- Garlic powder
- Pre-made dry ranch seasoning
- Pretzel sticks
- Butter-flavored pretzels
How to Make Ranch Pretzels
- Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl or use a large resealable bag for even easier clean-up!
- Stir it all together until the pretzels are evenly coated in the oil and other ingredients.
- Spread the pretzels out on two baking sheets.
- Bake the Ranch Pretzels for one hour at 250 degrees F. While the pretzels bake, give them a stir every 15 minutes.
Cool the pretzels and then they’re ready to serve! Or, store them in an airtight container if you’re making them ahead.
This recipe makes enough for 16 servings, but, trust me, they won’t last long – once people try them, they’ll keep coming back for more!
I’ve served them so many times and they always get rave reviews so I make copies of the recipe to hand-out because people always ask for it!

Love this! I used one stick butter and 1/2 cup EVOO in place of popcorn oil. I had a little leftover popcorn and cheddar goldfish that made a great addition, too! Thanks for the great post!

I have made ranch pretzels for years but have never baked them. I will have to try it that way. If you don’t bake -which i assume cooks some oil away or into pretzels- reduce the oil to approx 2/3 cup. Add a little more at a time if too dry. Kids live them.

Substitute Oyster crackers for the pretzels is also a winner
Julie says
I love them that way too!
