- 20 oz pineapple rings
- 2 Tablespoons juice from pineapple rings
- ½ teaspoon dijon mustard
- ¼ cup light brown sugar packed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Cut each ham steak in half. Place on the lined baking sheet.
- In a small mixing bowl whisk the pineapple juice, mustard, and brown sugar.
- Drizzle over ham steak and top with pineapple slices.
- Place in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until ham steaks are warmed and glaze is browned.
