I’ve had so much fun making mojitos – once you know how to make the basic drink which is a combination of fresh mint, lime juice, rum, sugar, and club soda, there are many variations you can try. Another one I love is a blackberry mojito, but today I’m adding fresh strawberries. It’s delicious!

- Sliced strawberries – It’s best to use fresh ones, but you can substitute thawed strawberries.

- Lime wedges – You will need some for the drink and a few for garnishing the drink.
- White sugar – You can also use simple syrup.
- Ice cubes
- White rum – pick your favorite brand! White or clear rum is best for this drink.
