Green Beans, Chicken & Potatoes ~ One Pan Wonder Dinner That Will Be a Hit With Your Family!

I love recipes that give you all the fixing for a meal in one pan! It’s so awesome to stick it in the oven, let it bake and run around like a crazy person trying to get everything else done that needs to be done in life. One of my other favorites is One Pan Parmesan Pork Chops and Veggies!
The best part of this was that everyone in the family loved this meal! Now, that my friends, is saying a lot. With a four year old and a two year old eating it’s always a gamble in life. One minute they LOVE something and I stock up on it. It lasts approximately 2.3 days and they are onto the next love in their life. My pantry is stocked with random things they refuse to eat anymore.
One thing Miss K loves right now is “healthy green beans” as she calls them. She begs for them. Literally. When we go to the grocery store she heads straight to the produce section to get them. That is after she grabs her donuts. That girl also has a donut addiction. Balance right? At least she likes something healthy too!

Green Beans, Chicken & Potatoes
- 3 medium yukon gold potatoes diced
- 2 c. green beans cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. butter
- .7 oz package Italian dressing mix
- Cut green beans up. Line one side of the pan with green beans.
- Cut potatoes up. Line opposite side of pan with the potatoes.
- Line the chicken breasts down the middle of the baking dish.
- Cut butter up and layer over the green beans, potatoes and chicken. Sprinkle Italian dressing over the entire pan. Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
