Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken cooked and shredded roughly 2.5 pounds of boneless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
- 1 ½ cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 10.75 ounces cream of chicken soup (1 can)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Mix well.
