A quick and easy cocktail to make on a hot summer day! This Bay Breeze is a refreshing combination of vodka, pineapple and cranberry juice. It’s also called a Hawaiian Sea Breeze.

I’ve got a new and amazing summer cocktail for you to try: a bay breeze! This is a simple four-ingredient drink that is perfect for a warm summer day.
You Will Love This Easy Drink!
Do you remember the seabreeze cocktail I shared a while back? A bay breeze is very similar except it’s made with pineapple juice instead of grapefruit juice. So, it’s sweeter and not as bitter.
I think it’s such a pretty drink – the fruit juices are layered in the glass creating a cocktail with a very summery vibe!
The best part is how easy it is to make. I am all about simplicity during the summer and a bay breeze is a breeze to make! It’s the best fruity drink for BBQs, pool parties, lake days, or for sipping on the deck. You are going to love it!
What goes in a Bay Breeze?
Four simple ingredients:
- Cranberry juice
- Pineapple juice
- Vodka
- Lime wedges for garnish

I like to do equal parts of the fruit juices and vodka, but you can adjust the amounts to suit your tastes. So, for a single drink I combine two ounces of each.
Products Needed
How to Make a Single Drink
Fill the glass with ice.
Pour the vodka over the top.
Top the vodka with the pineapple juice. Pour the cranberry juice over the pineapple juice.
Garnish the glass with a lime wedge. Sip and enjoy!

How to Make a Pitcher
If you want to make several drinks at once, you can, but you won’t get the layered look in the glasses, but it will taste the same.
To mix eight drinks at once, combine two cups each of vodka, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice in a large pitcher or container. Mix well and chill until you are ready to serve the drinks.
To serve, pour over ice in glasses and garnish with lime.
Pro Tips
Vodka Tip: Because you are mixing it with fruit juices don’t feel like you need to buy an expensive vodka for this drink. You can save a little and use a budget brand and your drinks will still be great.
Drink Mixing Tip: For a stronger drink, you can mix the drink in a shorter glass with less fruit juice.
Don’t Like Vodka? Try making it with rum for a different flavor.
Add some snacks! Serve your fruit bay breeze drinks with some easy ranch pretzels, chips and salsa, or grilled corn salsa for the best summer happy hour!
